Tom Baker had to be my Favourite Dr Who, his iconic multi coloured scarf was a fashion hit back in the late 70's.
Made on a domestic knitting machine this piece takes several hours to complete, using a mixture of wool and acrylic yarns and a further few hours to sew up, fringe and complete , its double thickness to give a very warm and cosy feel to this fabulous scarf. sewn the wrong way so the purl side is on show at all times,
colours are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly on suppliers,
I have used the original BBC pattern and extended it slightly.
this scarf measures over 12ft in length picture here on Josh who is over 6ft 5 inches tall. wound twice around his neck, This can be made longer or shorter on request.
